This Lenten season Our Lady Star of the Sea is pleased to announce that it will host The Passion According to Saint Luke, an original one-man live drama performed by widely acclaimed actor Leonardo Defilippis of Saint Luke Productions. This professional production will be presented in our Church on Tuesday, March 27, 7pm.

Saint Luke Productions is a Catholic theater and film company founded by actor Leonardo Defilippis. Best known as the company that, for 31 years, has traveled the country with one-man and one-woman plays on the lives of the Saints and the Gospels, this unique production company has branched out into creating feature films, television and radio programming as well.  Their feature film, THÉRÈSE, on the life of Saint Thérèse, the Little Flower, was a grassroots success. Countless individuals across the globe have seen their many live and film productions, and have been touched by the Christian values presented artistically through the rich and artistic legacy of the Church.

The Passion According to Saint Luke is a perfect opportunity for all Christians to come together and experience the miracle of the Passion, Death, and Resurrection of Christ. We are very fortunate to have this caliber of theater right in our own community, and extend this invitation to the entire Kitsap area.
